Help! I need some encouragement

Hey I just need some people to my butt into gear because I am thinking about skipping a work out. I already had a rest day and don't want to skip a day and ruin all my work.

    For me the hardest thing is getting my day going. What has really help me get to the gym is getting up early and going right after breakfast. It gets it out of the way and you don't have to worry about where it will fit into your day later. I lay out all of my gym clothes the night before and pack my gym bag too, with my work clothes at the very bottom so I can't change my mind without digging them out of my bag. I also put my car keys in my gym shoes. I find that all of this helps a lot in terms of getting myself to the gym and going first thing in the morning really jump starts my day in a wonderful way.

    I try to get it done in the morning so I can just enjoy the rest of my day. Don't think about it and just do it!
