If you're posting the pictures to try to shame yourself into losing, it won't help. Beating yourself up won't help. "Oh, why did I eat all those cookies?" won't help, either.
What's done is done and the only reason to sit around being miserable about it is because you enjoy the misery. If you don't, just stop that and start logging. Drink some water. Take a walk.
I love the John Pinette bit where he talks about the best diet advice he ever got: "Stop eating so much food!" It's always a good place to start.0 -

Talk to your mom. Tell her you appreciate the cookies but you want to lose weight, and you would really appreciate it if she could help you with it. Then start logging your meals.0

I know if you're not happy with your weight it's easy to get into the cycle of 'everything else sucks, I'm ugly, etc etc' too, trust me I've been there, but you're not ugly at all, and thinking like that wont help.
As someone mentioned above it must have taken a lot for you to reach out to people and post those photos, and that's great! The first step is done; realising you want to do something about it. Now you just need to work on it
As people have already mentioned, counting calories and sticking to the limit is probably the best way forward. I used to struggle with binging on sweet stuff like cookies too, but once I actually tracked it and realised how many calories they had, it made me stop and think.
Counting calories isn't only important to keep track of what you're eating and staying on target, but it can help you to realise you dont need more than 1 cookie, and why it's important to eat certain things in moderation, or at least it did with me.
