Question about getting back on the program

Hi everyone!

From Oct. 29th 2013 to Dec. 2014 I lost 53 pounds (1 pound/week approx), but fell off the wagon in Jan. this year and I've regained 29 pounds. :/ I was going through a very stressful time and ate my way through it I guess. Anyway, my question is this - do I start up the program again with the number of calories where I left off or do I reset them to my actual weight and start over again?
