Just getting started!

Hi there everybody! I'm only get started on this weight loss journey and right now I'm pretty excited. I have to lose over 100lbs which will be close to half my weight. I used to be quite fit and healthy but I have a condition I only found out about recently called PCOS.
I wish I'd know 10 years ago that I had this so I wouldn't have gained all this weight. Anyone hear with a similar story? I'm starting a walking to running program tomorrow and I hope it gets me going :) !
