Weekend Struggle

Does anyone else struggle more than usual on weekends when everyone is together and at home eating what they like?

How do you combat this?

I know the standard "it's up to me and I control what goes in my mouth" but does anyone have any useful tips?

I've emptied the pantry and fridge of tempting foods and have plenty of fresh fruit and veg available but sometimes when everyone is eating junk or takeaway I can feel like I'm losing my marbles. Lol.

    When I was losing weight, I'd eat a bit of the junk and log it and then eat whatever I'd normally eat.

    Yes, good idea. I guess the trick is not to over eat, be aware & be accountable.
