motivation/challenge buddy

Need motivation buddy/ would Like a challenge to help with staying on track and losing at least .5 lb -1 lb this week. We can motivate each other and talk eahother through. I am really busy during the week as I have 4 children from 12 yrs to 3 years old but still manage to get my workouts in. the problem is sometimes I need some motivation and to talk about fitness and healthy diet with someone. I am an only child and all of my friends are not at all into fitness. Current weight is 135. I am 30 years old and 5 ft 1. My first goal weight is 130lbs but am having a very hard time staying on track as weight loss is very slow. Thanks.

    Hi I'm a single working mother and I'm just getting started with this journey and would love to have a motivated friend to help push me as well!!
