I've always been overweight and I had tried to lost weight different ways and I had lost about 15 lbs late last year, but I gained it back. I am almost 20 years old, 5'9 and weigh 265 lbs. I want to get healthy and exercise, but I can't find enough motivation to actually stick with it, please help!

I was in a similar situation. All I can say is just get up and exercise. One you just get up and do it, make sure you do it for x (5 is good) amount of days in a row before you take a night to rest. It will become habit. I know the food aspect is much harder, but after the first month or so it will get easier. You will have days when exercising is the last thing you want to do and days where all you want is a giant snickers bar, but you just to get up and exercise and tell yourself no. Portion control is very important and once you really get into it you can start counting calories or weighing all your meals. Everyone has to start somewhere. Just remember, you can do this! You don't have to kill yourself, start with a mile a day and better eating, once you start to see results you'll feel more confident in yourself. One step at a time and small goals!

First of all believe in yourself you can do this and you will do this! I believe you have to take this journey one meal, one exercise, one choice, one day and one pound at a time. You are a young girl Nd you deserve to be healthy. Don't get ahead of yourself and don't keep looking back focus on today and believe in yourself. You can do this! Let me know how I can support you.

Thank you so much for the positive feedback. I really appreciate it. I struggle with my anxiety and depression and it makes it hard for me to push past that and get up and do it. '
