I'm working out a lot recently doing cardio and weight training and also adding in a healthy diet. But starting to lose motivation as i'm not seeing any type of result in a week?

More than a week. Stay in your deficit. Give it another week or so.

Stick to your goal for a month. I would suggest re-evaluating how you're going about it now though. Make sure that you really are eating at a deficit. Do you have a food scale? Are you logging everything? Open up your diary so folks can critique it. What does your exercise consist of?

Either way, a week won't really give you much to go by.

    Unless you're my size.

I didn't notice any visual changes until about 2 months into it. Everyones different though, but you have to give it enough time. Change will happen, and you won't know when it will, or whether it will or not, unless you continue.

depends on your size and all that, but minimum a month. You wont see anything in a week! Frustrating - but worth it in the end!

a week? that's nothing! give it 6+ weeks. then you'll really start to see changes.

Don't think of your body operating on a 24 hour clock. You can't gauge success on a day to day basis, your body loses and gains weight over time. 30 days, re-evaluate where you are at and adjust accordingly. Good luck!
