    you are eating more than you think you are.

    if you are in a deficit, you will lose weight.

    if you are not losing, you are not in a deficit.

    I, too, was at a stand still, until I started spinning :) (stationary bike). I only need to spin 10 minutes a night, along with staying below calorie requirements (1200) after exercise. I've lost 10 pounds in about 2-3 weeks. Good luck!
