Sometimes it's hard to find leggings that fit a more generous backside or hips without rolling down or exposing things when you bend over, but these are AMAZING and cheap:

Wearing them in my new profile pic. They don't move a millimeter when you bend over. :D I got one size smaller than they said.

    Read the Amazon reviews before you decide whether or not these are right for you.

    I already bought them. I posted AFTER I did a 4.5-mile run in them. I love them!

    The quality is WAY higher than I expected after reading the reviews. And it does sit on your waist like the picture...if you choose to wear it that way. I'm not super-duper thrilled with my lower belly, so I don't. :)

    I did order a size down (I ordered a small!), and if you don't have the junk to fill the trunk, it won't fit right. If you're really short (under 5'3") it won't be capri length.

    My thighs still rub as I run, and they were great for that.
