Hello. Im sorry if this is tmi but looking for help. I have always been very normal. I started working out and eating better 6 weeks ago. I started at 283 and have lost 16 lbs.
Last month I was very light just spotted for 5 days. Odd but ok. This month I have been spotting with moderate days sprinkled in for 13 Tomarrow will be 14 days. I have looked only and figured it was due to the change in exercise and diet. The last 2 weeks I have been working out 6 days for an hour a day.
Has this happened to anyone else?

Sorry this hasn't happened to me but i have heard of a friend who had a similar issue when beginning a new intense workout routine . Have you been to your gyn lately? Have you stopped or started a birth control recently? Are you or have you been pregnant recently? ( just some things to consider)
If this continues, id definitely make an appointment with your gyn . Best of luck !0 -
Not until I was peri-menopausal. Call the gyno ad make an appointment.0

Heavy lifting can make you spot-I'm sure other forms of working out can as well. I would make an appointment with the gyno just in case-their are some serious issues that can cause spotting and extended periods as well.
I was having these issues (spotting AND extended periods). After lots of tests I ultimately had to take a hormone pill for 9 days and boom-all taken care of. This stuff is usually easily treatable (if you have an issue). Can't hurt to get it checked out0
