Current-125 (4 weeks pp)
Pre-pregnancy- 112
Day of birth (C-section)-140
Goal-110 (5'3") but more focused on toning, strength, and losing the pooch than an exact number

Plan for now-walk 5 days a week, eat more fruit and veggies, no desserts, lots of water, less bread, continue breastfeeding

Plan for 6 weeks pp-(late July)
Stroller strides (power walking and strength training)
Yoga

Plan for aug/Sep-
wear the bellefit (it feels way too hot to wear now)
Jillian Michaels 30 day shred dvd, hopefully I can do this Dvd, I loved it in the past
Hot yoga
Run/jog

Any tips? Any new or June moms want to add me?

    Hi, had my 3rd baby on June 11! I'm down 22lb from the 40 I gained. I just started tracking this week. I'll be 6wks pp this Thursday. Starting off with Jillian Michaels 30 day shred.

    wg: 150 for now :)
    My final goal is 135 of toned perfection strong perfection :)
