I can't stop losing weight

Hello all! So I transitioned into maintenance about four days ago and have been eating around 2200-2300 calories a day. However, I stepped on the scales this morning and had lost three pounds. Is this a normal thing to expect from maintenance? E.g. loss of any extra water weight I was carrying? I'm feeling full on what I currently eat so definitely nervous to eat any more..

Personally, I would say that your body is still adjusting. You ate at a deficite for a while and that doesn't halt the instant you up your food intake. Give your body a few weeks to get its fill again and you should level off. No worries :)

Yes, when you first start maintaining you can lose a few pounds in the beginning.
Also, if this continues to happen over the next few weeks maybe your TDEE could be slightly higher than 2300 (especially if you do a lot of Cardio).

    about four days ago

If this was occurring over a 4 week timeframe you may have something to worry about but 4 days? Nah.

I suggest you have a goal range rather than weight to save your sanity - say 3.5 lbs over and 3.5 lbs under your goal weight. If your weight falls outside this range look to make changes but if not don't worry as it allows for natural weight fluctuations.

If you're still losing weight over time, then eat more. Go by what the scale says over a 3 week period. If you're eating 2000 cal/day, and you lose weight over a 3 week period, then bump it up to 2200 cal/day for 3 weeks and see what happens. Just keep doing trial and error until you find what works.

It's water weight still coming off. This is quite common actually. I always lose an additional 2-3 lbs after switching from deficit to maintenance. During deficits, especially prolonged ones, the body can hold lots and lots of water. Adding in the extra calories can cause this water weight to release. This is the same reason people think cheat meals actually help lose fat. They don't, but they can sure help you release some water weight. Give it 2 weeks. If you are still losing, congratulation, you get to eat more!

This happened to me when I went into maintenance. You need to give your body time to adjust.
