my strong curves journey starts today :-)

so in the spring time I bought the strong curves book and followed the advanced program for 2 months (trying to go 3 times per week). Due to personal circumstances, I had to quit my membership at the gym temporarily, and stress led me to overeat A LOT!!! Everything is sorted now and I have been able to afford membership at a fab strength gym. session 1 of week 1 (advanced programme) starts tonight, with a goal of losing 20lbs of body fat overall. I hope that I have the dedication to stop stuffing my face. am very excited :-)
