Lactic Acid

When training calves, I get severe, very painful lactic acid buildup. Anybody found a good supplement to help with this?

    I used to have a problem with it in my quads. BCAA before & after working out has helped immensely .

    I think what you're looking for is some beta-alanine. Start low 2g and build to whatever. When I'm on it I take about 6g.
