Hi peeps!

I am relatively new here, been here before but m back. i would like some supporters and friends, jus tell me how you are going, what sort of diet are you on, if its working out well for you or if its not, why not. :smile:

Last week, i weighed like 70kgs, did 2hrs exercise and consumed a 1200 calories diet, ended up putting on 1kg which i just didnt understand why. This week, i am planning on eating "clean" which is to have fruits and veggies for breakfast and dinner with lean meat for lunch. Hopefully i can get rid of that 1 kg. :neutral:

Do advice me on it :smile:
