Kettlebell Excercises

Hello, my gym has recently closed and in the next couple months with me working tons of overtime it will be hard to travel to a Gym 20-30 minutes away and not get the full benefits that I want. So for now, I am investing in some workouts at home. I want to do mainly strength training as I find that it has help me lose most of my weight. Does anyone have any suggestions on DVDs that can be used to create a workout with a kettlebell? If you have done some, please give me your reviews, it is greatly appreciated!

    Bob Harper Kettlebell Cardio Shred is the one I use. It is a tough workout. Probably should have a lighter and heavier bell. He throws in burpees as well.

    My go to guy for KB's is Steve Cotter. Really knows his stuff and teaches great form.

    Jillian Michael's "Shred It With Weights" is awesome! Two, 20 minute kettlebell workouts that really work!

    You can do some good workouts with kettle bells, but it will likely not be "strength training", if that's important to you.
