Starting New from where I left off.

So I have lost 7 pds of weight. I do feel lighter...but I do stop and take breaks from my weigh loss program from time to time...and last weekend I took a break... Went out and drank 4 beer, and danced the night away. Fun, fun, fun... The following day I ate junk food... Ice cream sandwich, Dixie Lee's fish & chips, and a sugar drink.... Really really bad style of eating. But for once I didn't care. Come Sunday, I tried dragging myself back to the norm. Today I am still weaning away from the junk. So guess what? I looked into the almanac, and lo and behold, indeed, today is a good day to wean away from bad habits in order to prepare for tomorrow's new cycle for more weight loss. Yay, good timing.
