Monday Goals

This is the beginning of my first full week back on MFP. I always seem to do better when I write things down, so here goes.

Goals:
Log all food
Go to gym
Log all activities
Get 10,000 steps
Make good choices

It's on the internetz so it must be done...#keepitmoving

    I took Vipr, Vipr Core, then went to Trader Joe's before work. Will hopefully get a walk in during my lunch break.

    My goals are exactly the same! Ever since Canada Day last Wednesday, I haven't been tracking what I've eaten and I've been bingeing on left-overs we had on July 1st. I've been working out though. But today I am going to try and get back on track by logging EVERYTHING and sticking to my calorie limit. I am also making it a goal to walk at least 10 000 steps for 7 days in a row.
