Are there any suggestions for vegans and low fat protein options. I have been vegan for almost a year now and got so wrapped up in that lifestyle change that my exercise went to my waistline (literally). I love the meal plans but there are very few vegan options for high protein source that aren't high fat.
Any suggestions that don't involve turning my kitchen into a vegetable lab of bean and lentil soaking!!??
