I've started and stopped my health journey more times than I could begin to count. I'm hoping I can make it stick this time, I'm not going to obsess over calories I'm just going to do the best I can and try to get my body the nutrients it needs. I'm 23, married to my very best friend who also happens to be a United States Marine and we have a beautiful two year old little girl. I've got almost 100 pounds to lose and am ready to find a lifestyle that works for me, not just a short term plan to lose the weight! I'm always open to more friends for accountability!
