Planning my workout

I've managed to collect exercises I enjoy doing, and ones I want to try.

So far I've decided I want to do the C25K program. Since this is 3X a week, I will supplement the rest of the week with swimming and rollerblading or other sports/activities (just because I like them and find them easy to stick to).

I also want a weightlifting program in there as well. However, I'm wondering how I should plan it out. Here's my idea:

Monday - C25K + upper body (weights)
Tuesday - lower body + abs
Wednesday - C25K
Thursday - Swim or Rollerblade/bodyweight exercises
Friday - C25K + abs
Saturday - REST
Sunday - Swim

Any suggestions?

    Looks like you're trying to do some of everything. You'd be better off deciding what your goal is and finding one comprehensive program that moves you toward that goal.

    You are right, I am trying to do some of everything. I think it will keep me motivated to actually exercise.

    My goal is weight loss.
