Excellent. Taking advantage of a situation beyond your control. I always feel better when I've started with some sort of activity/

True story. A friend of mine had a colleague who was obese. A fire alarm went off and they were evacuated to the stairs and told to climb up a few floors to avoid the smoke. The colleague collapsed from a heart attack and died climbing 4 flights of stairs due to sudden physical activity at such a high weight.

So it does pay to get one's weight down and involve some physical activity.

I had a co-worker a number of years ago that started taking the stairs rather than the elevator (we were on the 8th floor). I thought the first few weeks were going to kill him but he kept it up and over time he became quite fit.
