I've had breakfast and a snack so far today and I've already met my goal for fiber. I consistently go way over on it. Is that okay?

of course! you're doing your digestive tract a favor! Most of us do not get enough and so the giant industry of digestion aids exists. Good for you to be doing so well!

Fiber is your friend, lol! I always go over on fiber, it is hard not to if you are eating lots of veggies. I think it is very good for you!

They recommend 25mg of fibre each day.....I usually take in 30mg.......so even though its showing you are going over on your fiber, you may not be.....what is your fibre set at?.....because MFP had set my fibre at 14.4mg, I had to manually go in and change it

    Did you manually change yours?

Because you may really not be going over the recommended dose....but going over on MFP requirements, which is too low to begin with.

Yup, very good!! Just make sure you're getting tons of water or you could end up with tummy problems. The not-so-sexy kind.

I usually have somewhere between 30 and 50 grams of fiber a day, and I am FULL the entire day. Fiber is as important and Protein and Produce. You should change your goals so your fiber is set at 25 or 30 grams a day.
