I`m Anne, I am trying to reduce my weight because I have mobility problems and cannot exercise even above my waist due to a shoulder injury at the moment, so find it difficult to shift any weight to I have started to record everything daily.
I live in the UK. I have two children 16yrs and 18yrs and both are fitness fanatics and for the most, eat healthily, but I find it hard to stick to a diet.
I find evenings my worst time for snacking.
I`d be grateful for any support.

Hi Anne! evening snacking gets to me too. I find that if I can find a healthy snack that is sort of a 'sweet treat' that seems to work for me. I try to stay busy too..if I sit around too much then I start thinking about food and pacing around in the kitchen...that's not good.
remove the unhealthy stuff so there is only healthy stuff available. and I find chewing gum helps too in a weird sort of way..keeps my mouth busy I guess.
