I joined MFP just about a year ago. One of the first posts I read was a very popular one on the success stories page, written by a user who also had a series of youtube videos. He had been on various television shows and had a friend/girlfriend in another country (England maybe?). I think he was still in progress and I am curious how he's been doing. His post was very inspirational to me, and I enjoyed his videos because they detailed so many things, even showing what he ate for breakfast or how he looked and felt before and after a run. Is he still here? Does anybody have his username or links to his videos?
