Logging Couch25k?

Hello :)
I've just run/walked couch25k week1 day3 and I'm starting to think I might need a few extra calories on the days I run.
Does anyone have a good way of logging these workouts calorie wise?
According to mapmyrun (no heart rate monitor, just weight input) I burned 360 calories. Should I use this estimate and just eat back half the calories?

Stats:
Weight: 109kg/240lbs
Height: 163cm/5'4
BMI:41
Calories/day: 1500
Age:23

Thank you!

You can do it that way or you can add up the number of minutes spent running, log that, and then log the rest as walking. You'd need an approximation of your walking/running speeds for that.

    Yes

It's close enough. Any method of faffing about worrying about time running cf time walking isn't going to be any more meaningful.

When I was doing C25K I was eating back everything that Runkeeper gave me, and losing weight rapidly.

Thanks guys :). I think I'll keep it simple and just do what mapmyrun tells me.
