Hello,

I've struggled with my weight my whole life. The most lbs I have been able to loose in a row were 50lbs
I felt amazing. What happened? Tbh Idk... Either way I am still struggling, it has become harder and harder with age. Granted, I am only 27 however I do not want to be 30 and bigger than or the same of what I already am. I can relate to many stories and know others can relate to mine. I'm hoping to come at this and tackle it differently. This is to our success!

Hi There, Are you new to MFP or did you use it when you lost all that weight before? 50lbs lost is amazing. I always put the weight back on, then come back on here to help lose it again lol!

50 lbs is great. The best thing is just not to stop.

Hey, no I've used mfp before and I believe I had started to when I lost those 50lbs then it came easy to calculate and more or less know the calories so I stopped ( maybe that's where I went wrong lol)
Yeah, I always gain it all back just this year I had managed to lose 25 lbs and I have been losing and gaining them back, all though I feel even heavier. I'm just truly tired of feeling so bad about myself... Oh, also when I lost those 50lbs I had my sister doing it with me. We would always keep each other motivated and going. That support system truly helped me.

Agreed, I can't wait to reach those lbs lost again. The biggest enemy is the mind. A bad meal can turn to many just because you feel bad that you messed up once you continue to do so. We or at least myself tend to see what's left rather then what's been achieved.

Looking forward to you knocking that 50 and then some. Take it slow and don't do completely away with something you love all at once!

Thank you, so much! Can't wait either.and yup moderation is key. Slowly but surely the results will start coming in and you'll develop healthier habits without even noticing.
