Hello Everyone
Just an introduction fro myself
I'm 5'10" 14st 11lb former rugby player from the UK.
I broke my ankle 2 seasons ago and dislocated my shoulder last season and at the age of 30 decided it was time to retire however all that muscle has disappeared and has reappeared as fat. Fat % = 25.8%
I'm back in the gym 3 times a week and primarily use the MFP app as a calorie tracker.
Thanks
James
