I weighed 42lb more than I do now
I was a UK size 18: now a size 12
I couldn't run 100m: today I ran 10miles and have some lovely shiny 5k & 10k medals
I thought marathon runners were crazy but now I have a charity place confirmed (with sponsorship target already met) for the 2016 London Marathon and what's more I KNOW I can do it.
Despite that I still don't class myself as a runner nor have I learnt to put suncream on when running in heat lol
A lot can happen in 6 months!!
What's changed for you?

Wow! That's all wonderful! Congrats!!!
I used to be an obese smoker who lived for fast food. Now I'm a non-smoker, a runner & vegan. Some days I still don't recognize myself, but I like it. : )0 -
Well done!! To give up smoking too is a challenge in itself I bet you're very proud of yourself! X0
