Cube steak.
Does anyone have any ideas for yummy cube steak? I'm not much of a meat eater so I have no idea where to start?

That is the request for dinner tonight. "Yummy cube steak"

Saute cube steak with onions and green peppers then throw in a can of crushed tomatos and cook for somewhere around 20 minutes. Season with whatever you desire then serve over rice.

Easy and tastes wonderful.

Dip in egg wash (beaten egg and water) and then in seasoned bread crumbs, then bake until done. Serve it with potatoes and green veg, or slice and put it on a salad, or even in a sandwich.
