Hey guys,

I just wanted to say hello and was hoping to meet some people with fitness goals similar to mine. I am not "over weight" but I am looking to get into better shape and get down to 8-10% body fat (currently at 18%). I have reached that part of my life where I actually have to watch what I eat. So over the next 16 weeks, I will be losing a pound each week to reach my goal. Feel free to join me on my journey.
