I thought this was about yeast infections. I was just gonna say Monistat. Or Vagisil. Or whatever. And don't sit on the public toilet seats and take your swimsuit off soon after swimming and same for workout pants.

It's Systematic Candida. It's An High Level of Yeast Throughout The Body. Men and Woman Can Suffer From It. It's Caused By A High Amount of Certain Foods eg Sugar, Yeast, Alcohol, Dairy, Caffeine.

Candidiasis isn't caused by sugar. Rather, it's caused by a poorly functioning immune system. Like in someone who has AIDS. It makes sense though that carbohydrates and sugar can make it worse if someone has it, but I'm not entirely sure it's scientific. Do you follow it? Have you noticed any differences?

The Candida diet is crazy strict. According to the numerous websites and the 101 symptoms of candida, the majority of the population suffers with it...

OP you don't happen to use Plexus? I know their distributors spout how we all have candida, and Plexus will fix it.

I Do Follow it, I Have For Many Years On and Off.. it Makes A Dramatic Change To My Health!
I Don't Suffer From AIDs but I do have a weak immune system, I always have.. I never really new it was a cause. I Can Definitely Feel A Change In My Body When I Stray From My Diet

It's Seriously Strict, It’s Not Just Good and Bad Like Every Other Diet .. Even Some Of The "Good" Stuff (Fruits and Some Veggies) Shouldn't Be Eaten .

I've never heard of Plexus.. I Don't Think There is A Miracle Pill for it. You Can Buy Supplements To Help With The Kill Off Stages, But Mostly You Just Have To Follow The Diet With No Slip Ups.

A lot of people get systemic candida, not just AIDS patients. I followed it for 6+ months, the strictest version there is and I did manage to get rid of it. But I don't recommend it to anyone for weightloss, only for candida related problems. Creams and/or oral antifunglas will not help on their own if we are talking about systemic candida; they help only in less severe cases i.e. skin or vag infections. In addition to the diet, you must work on your immune system otherwise it's just a vicious circle.

Plexus actually works. My husband and I have been taking it on and off for a few months now. He has been more faithful than I have with the slim drink. He has lost around 30 lbs and feels much better. I have been taking the probio, cleanse, and slim for almost a week now and see changes to my gut. I don't bloat, my cravings are less, and my mood is much better. The build up in your gut causes any problems with the whole body including irritability, lethargy, intestinal issues, allergies, and acne to name a few.
