Hope everyone's weekend was a good one! But for me, it was yummy food galore.
I would like to get back on track as well as lose my weight at a healthy rate.
Aside from counting, what else should I be trying to do? My goal is to be around 125lbs by my birthday Jan next year. I'm currently 158.
Any tips and advice is welcomed!

Looking at success story's really help me. Knowing that they are real people in my same situation is such a motivation boost! Set your eye on your main goal and don't look off. Know that it'll be all worth it in the end! Sorry if this advice is a little cliche, it's the best I've got.0

So you basically have to lose around 5 lbs. per month. Just watch your food intake and add some exercise and you should be fine.0

Watch your calorie intake. If possible, workout(cardio) about 4-5 days per week. Eat smart. Stay away from sugar and carbs(a little is fine) as much as you can.0
