When I go to nutrition.
To see if I'm burning one pound per week I should see -3500 in the calories under goal area right? (Or at least somewhere close)

What? I'm not sure what you mean. The goal with this app is to just count your calories and let the diet/food do the work. If you add exercise, you can eat a little more and still lose at the same rate.0

Your deficit is built in.0

You should get as close to zero as possible, give or take 100. Like she said above, the deficit is already accounted for.0
-
Your calorie goal already includes the -3500, so if you met your goal exactly every day, it would be 0 under goal, and you should have lost about a pound.0

Yes, so if you set your goal to lose 1 pound per week, your recommended calorie intake for the day has a 500 calorie deficit already subtracted.0
