    Unless you were on PEDs you gained 11-12 pounds that were not muscle. Congrats on your fat and water gains. Sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy eating for two weeks.

    I think the OP was trying to give bulking advice, but instead is outlining how not to bulk.

    I gained about about 9 pounds in 10 weeks. I think that's pretty good. I ate more than just protein shakes and peanut butter though.

    I gained 10 pounds in 2 days...immediately after a bodybuilding competition. It was all water and food from starving and depleting myself for the stage.
