Unless you were on PEDs you gained 11-12 pounds that were not muscle. Congrats on your fat and water gains. Sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy eating for two weeks.0

I gained 10 pounds in 2 days...immediately after a bodybuilding competition. It was all water and food from starving and depleting myself for the stage.0 -
