Hai guise :3

Been doing the keto thang for about 4 months now, and I feel just awesome every single day. Didn't have any weight to lose, mainly wanted to adopt it for cognitive benefits and health preventive measures (yeah I read grain brain and a couple more books like every self respecting person on this diet! :3) I'm 6ft / 180 lbs. Mainly up until now the major changes I noticed is how much my muscles kinda popped out and gained definition, while my bf% was like shredded by 2%~. The energy levels in the gym are incredibly different. SO much more sustained energy throughout workouts now. I'm kind of a freak, I ordered a bloodtest device to be able to gauge my ketone levels daily, can't wait to start experimenting with that! Still discovering new recipes and stuff to eat everyday, and been cooking most of my food, who woulda thunk it.
