Im almost at my target weight, have been doing alot of resistance training to do so. But i am now starting to shrink in the boob department and lose weight in areas id rather not. So decided to start maintaining my weight but i struggle to eat as much as i do as it is, what are some higher calorie foods i could add to my diet that arent too filling?

Also full-fat dairy.0 -
Just move to full fat versions - add oils, butters and creams to cooking and salads
eat more ice cream and chocolate and chips
seriously I never really get these posts - we all know what foods are higher calories it's just a matter of adjusting up a couple of hundred0 -
Enjoy having cheese occasionally again!
I couldn't have any cheese when losing - there's no place for it on 1,200 a day. Now I occasionally get to have a little bit. Pasta in homemade cheese sauce with chicken breast fillet with a tomato sauce is NOM!
Not as healthy as the suggestions above but does have dairy/calcium and is no worse than sweets.0 -
Cheese is very healthy - full of calcium, particularly important for women0

Yep, this is similar to me.
If i continued losing weight i'd be skin and bones on my upper body.
I don't find it a problem eating more food at all though! but maybe eat more Nuts.
A couple of handfuls of any sort of Nuts are worth 100's of Calories!0
