Hello there!

I just joined my Fitness Pal yesterday. My mom has been using it for a little less than a year, and it never really peaked my interest, until I found out that my boyfriend, (long distance relationship by the way) would be visiting me for the first time next summer. That gives me a year to lose 60 pounds. I want to look nice for him, but also myself. I lack a bit of self confidence when it comes to my body. Of course, he says I'm beautiful, but I can't help but feel gross, and ugly.

So, basically I am trying to lose 60 pounds in a year. I've got my planner set for about 2 pounds a day, and I plan to work out an hour a day, everyday! I'm very excited to get started. Today is the day that it officially starts. My path to being thinner, healthier, and a lot more Confident starts now.

Honestly, I've never been good at losing weight. It usually just happens on it's own, but then after about a month of losing so much, it comes all back, plus extra weight I didn't have before. Any tips on how to lose weight quicker or easier, would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much for taking the time to read this. Honestly, I've struggled with this problem for so long, I can't wait any longer!! I want the extra weight gone!!!! Haha thank you guys :)

Hey!! My tip would have to be diet and quantity size. If your eating healthy and exercising frequently then the weight should come off :) I lost 30kg in 6monts all due to exercise and changing what I was eating, always challenge yourself when exercising and don't forget to useweights, as it helps you tone up and gain strength as well. Good luck :)

^^^This^^^ I have been doing the same thing and dropped 22 lbs in 2.5 months and so far I've kept it off.
