Hi, back to being fit!

Hi everyone, I was always a fit person throughout high school. I started gaining weight after I had my son. He was my main inspiration to get back to the way I was or even better. I have struggles and busy schedule but who doesn't. I try my best to maintain a healthy diet, I am currently on week 1 day 1! Hopefully nothing will stop me now. I don't want to check my weight just yet, I will check in another week. I started at 205lbs and goal weight is 170lbs. My high school weight was 145lbs but I'm trying to take baby steps. People say I carry my weight well but I know I don't, it's terrible how much weight I put on I will keep updating to show my progress and push even when I don't want to! Good luck with everyone on their own journey!
