How long to adjust to calorie increase?

How long would you eat at an increased level of calories (for example, going up to 1750 from 1500 with a TDEE of around 2500) before you decide that that increase isn't working for you (as you've maintained your weight the entire time) and you should try adjusting again?

>4 weeks. 250 cals/day is only 0.5 lbs/week so after 4 weeks that's 2 lbs which is still the sort of random change that might happen anyway.0

I see results I can count on after 5 or 6 weeks. it takes our bodies some time to adjust, but a 250 calorie increase is not huge so 4 weeks could be sufficient. I wouldn't go less than 4 weeks before deciding if it is working though.0
