black beans, brown rice sides?
guacamole and pico de gallo garnish?
light drizzle of sour cream?
a little lighter and healthier, but still regular ingredients and gets to be fried and gets to be beef? Yes please.

The Recipe:
Cook some meat, however you like it. Ground beef, shredded beef with red chile, carne asada meat.*
Roll it up in a tortilla.
Deep fry it.
Top it with what you like and serve it with whatever sides/garnishes you like: frijoles de la olla (low cal) steamed brown rice (low cal) cabbage salad (low cal) guacamole (healthy fats) pico de gallo (hi vitamin C to absorb that good good red meat iron) sour cream (just for fun) sliced green onions (low cal) cheese (for more protein and to reach your cal goals if your short that day) hot salsa (if you've got something to prove--low cal). Add those calories to these calories.
Crack open an beer enjoy.
(Pacifico Clara is my one and only beer in the world that I like. I hated beer till a recent taco truck fundraiser where these were served. )
Add your calories into MFP after and then decide what you will do with the rest of your day.
*you can also put other things inside your chimichanga like beans, rice, cheese, etc. but I'm a purist I just like the meat and it's sauce if it comes in some and the tortilla and vamonos...to the fryer.0
