Are you brave enough to take on the Weight Loss Challenge

Hi my name is Brooke and I made a challenge for you guys and girls to try. Here it is:
•No candy
• No achcol
• Do any excersice for 1hr every other day
• Lots of Protein
• Eat veggies and fruits
• Write everything you eat in a journal or MyFitnessPal
• Write what you feel like before you excersice and after
