I start tomorrow. Started with meals today and will be working out and on the meal plan tomorrow. How has it been so far? Have you been able to get back on track?

That's great. Let us know how you like it.

You could pick up tupper ware at the dollar store and a food scale off of Amazon and save yourself a TON of money....just saying.

I couldn't care less about the containers since I'm not even using them anyway. ;)

My food scale was purchased at Target for less than Amazon's price.

Perhaps you could have quoted the OP then? Since the OP had nothing to do with a food scale and is NOT required for the 21 day fix extreme.

I didn't quote you, so I'm not sure why you thought I was addressing you...

And my post was to address that the OP can buy a food scale and tuppar ware, do the same thing as the 21 day fix and save money.

I've got a gym membership that I use for my heavy lifting. I simply wanted to do something different for a few weeks. I don't see how I'd be paying for nothing just because I'm following my own eating plan and not the Fix's. This isn't about weight loss for me as I don't need to lose weight. So far, I love the extreme workouts since they are a nice change of pace from my other workouts.

I explained why in my post. No offense but I don't really need to justify my reasons for purchasing this program. It's fine if you don't think it's worth it, but I do.

So you have zero interest in the 21 day fix extreme, which btw is what this thread is about in the first place. If you don't like the program why not move on and let us get back to posting how our workouts went, since the program is also about the 30 minute workouts as well.

    1. It's an open public forum, I can post where I like
    2. I only offered OP an alternate solution, if she choses to ignore it that is fine.

Not really sure why you are so upset at an alternative to the 21 day fix.

Absolutely you can post where you want. Also, I'm not upset at all. As a matter of fact, I'm simply going to ignore your replies from this point on as they are way off topic anyway....

21 Day Fix Extreme is the title of this thread, correct? If so, the program is all about diet in combination with the 30 minute workouts. The OP wasn't asking for alternatives to doing the 21 day fix extreme as far as I can tell.
