Alright easy peasy thing to make guys, all you need is:
3 mushrooms
1 zucchini
2 small carrots
1 medium onion
Chili as you wish (if you like it spicy)
Salt as you wish
Some basil leafs
1 half can of kidney beans
1 half can of chopped tomatoes
First of all you dice all the veggies which you'll put in a sauce pan and you'll let them cook for a couple of minutes with a spoon of olive oil at a medium heat then, you add the half can of chopped tomatoes, stir a little bit and lower the heat and let them all cook together for 10 minutes circa. (Make sure the stew doesn't get to dry, if so, just add some spoons of water)
After the 10 minutes timer or so is over just add the kidney beans from the half can you prepared and cook it for the last couple of minutes (doesn't need much as the beans are already cooked).
Then serve with some basil leafs
Hope the recipe is clear enough I wrote it with my phone real quick just now!
Lemme know guy how you like it!0 -
