Hi there, can anyone tell me what the numbers under the headings 'protein, carbs, sodium' etc. on the food diary actually represent? Thank you

Protein, Carbs (Carbohydrates) and Fats are macronutrients. All food is made up of these. They each serve a function in our bodies. This site has a default setting for those and sets your goals. You can adjust them.
