Hi all! I started 3 weeks this Thursday on my journey of weightloss. I recently added this app in hope it will help build a better/healthier relationship with food and loose the pounds at a steady rate to help maintain the weightloss once my goal is reached. Have yoyoed up and down by half a stone for years but just recently have not noticed the lbs creep up as i battled pnd for a while and relied on food as comfort and a time passer. Food has always been a big part of my upbringing and life and with a husband who just doesnt put on any weight and loves all my home cooked pub grub, its been hard to ever get on and stay on a diet. with a new job that is quite full time, i now longer have the time to cook my comfort foods anymore! So iv taken the opportunity to abuse that fact and finally get my weight on track, learn a new routine with the support of hubs and family. So far i have lost 8lbs and am hoping to continue at a steady pace with the help of this great app! So nice to see a friendly community, i no longer feel im doing it alone!
