Fat bloke - it crept up on me

my Greece holiday in 2014 has A LOT to answer for.
Why did I insist on wearing a T shirt whilst it was scorching hot on holiday in Greece.
I knew I had put on a few pounds...... But had not realised I had risen to the dizzy heights of 14 stone 7 lbs (92kgs)
So back from holiday and 1 year 1 month later I am maintaining at 12 stone 1 lbs (77 kgs)
It's not easy . I regularly enter on MFP and do my 4x a week spin class ( hardest is the 08.15 hrs Saturday morning class ) and stick to my calories BUT with 1 day off a week where I have the feel good man foods - pizza, beer, Indian curry etc etc. my weekly treat really helps .
I have maintained for some time now and it is a lifestyle change NOT a diet as every diet I have done have resulted in end of diet = return of weight lost .
I am convinced it is the combination of exercise and calorie watching which has worked.
