Hi,
I'm 23 and I gained 30 pounds in college. I want to lose all of that weight now. It's really hard because I have one more semester left and I know that I'll stress eat at least once a day. How do you lose weight in college? I will try to stick to this app and hopefully it'll help. Having support from others can help too. Also, eating only 1500 calories a day is not cutting it. I feel hungry right now. How do you all do it?

I think, first and foremost, you need to find another way to relieve stress. In this case, working out would be ideal: it wont just prevent you from packing on calories, you'll even burn them! Which in turn means you can eat more calories that day :) Nonetheless, any activity that doesnt involve binging would be good! Also, try to find some healthy snacks so you wont have to feel guilty about having them ^^

About the hunger: maybe try to find some foods that arent that high in calories, so you can eat loads of them. For example, I like to have low fat yoghurt mixed with a sliced banana for dessert: healthy, not too many calories, but satisfying! And make sure to drink plenty of water!! Water should never replace a meal, but it can make you feel more full and is essential for your body & weight loss :)
