College weight

Hi,
I'm 23 and I gained 30 pounds in college. I want to lose all of that weight now. It's really hard because I have one more semester left and I know that I'll stress eat at least once a day. How do you lose weight in college? I will try to stick to this app and hopefully it'll help. Having support from others can help too. Also, eating only 1500 calories a day is not cutting it. I feel hungry right now. How do you all do it?

I think, first and foremost, you need to find another way to relieve stress. In this case, working out would be ideal: it wont just prevent you from packing on calories, you'll even burn them! Which in turn means you can eat more calories that day
Nonetheless, any activity that doesnt involve binging would be good! Also, try to find some healthy snacks so you wont have to feel guilty about having them ^^
About the hunger: maybe try to find some foods that arent that high in calories, so you can eat loads of them. For example, I like to have low fat yoghurt mixed with a sliced banana for dessert: healthy, not too many calories, but satisfying! And make sure to drink plenty of water!! Water should never replace a meal, but it can make you feel more full and is essential for your body & weight loss0
