New here. Need some nutrition help.

Hey. I'm a 41 year old male working out 5-7 times a week. Workouts are mostly cross-fit and sculpt classes with an occasional gym workout. Running 7-10 miles on weekends.

I don't think I am eating enough to fuel muscle repair and growth. Does anyone have a good formula or site/app that can help?

    Body weight times 10 for caloric intake to maintain weight. That's pretty basic. It sounds like you may need more rest in there. It really is under rated out there.
